No Refund Policy
KOKA maintains a strict No Refund Policy once any of the following occur:

A service (bridal makeup, styling, shoot, or class) has been booked and confirmed
A payment (full or partial) has been made
A makeup training course has been enrolled in or started
A bridal or shoot slot has been blocked or customized resources have been allocated
This policy is in place due to the high customization, advance resource planning, and demand-based slot allocations associated with our services.

If you wish to reschedule, we may accommodate your request once based on availability and with a minimum 7-day notice. However, no amount paid is eligible for refund under any circumstances, including client change of mind, personal emergencies, or external event disruptions.
